Clients need to be well hydrated prior to treatment. Recommendation: For several days leading up to the treatment days, drink half your body weight in water. Come to your appointments wearing yoga pants or athletic shorts, clothing containing no metal. You will be asked to remove any metal jewelry, and don’t wear an underwire bra.
